Un amico mi ha chiesto di risolvergli questo problema: quando avvia la webcam integrata nel computer Acer Aspire 5920G nel menù opzioni dapprima parte subito, una volta usciti e rientrati dal menù opzioni, appare una schermata nera con il messaggio: "Non è possibile avviare il video. Prova a chiudere altri programmi che potrebbero utilizzare la webcam" Ho provato a cercare qualcosa che potrebbe dare fastidio in questo senso ma non ho trovato nulla: cosa dovrei cercare? No, con Facebook dice che non da questo problema; non utilizza MSN. I driver li ho cercati sul sito Acer, ma sono vecchi, risalgono al 2009. Ho tolto tutti i programmi che si avviano da soli, ho disinstallato un programma che si chiama Acer AVM per le video conferenze, niente da fare, che barba cavolo!! C'è un programma che si chiama "Facebook video calling"... potrebbe essere lui?! Solo che so che gli serve, lo usa... Lo levo e provo? Saluti e grazie. MatteoG83 Posted June 8, 2012 Author Share Posted June 8, 2012 Non l'ho ancora disinstallato ma ho provato a: _ non attivare l'auto avvio di Skype _ disinstallare, disattivare e reinstallare la webcam _ ho disabilitato tutti e dico tutti i programmi in avvio automatico Niente da fare, ma ho notato una cosa: quando avvio la videochiamata a volte parte e va tutto bene, altre volte, spesso, non si avvia subito e ci mette un po', o non si avvia del tutto.
