DiRT Showdown sarà il gioco a più alta interattività di sempre di Codemasters - split-screen multiplayer, otto giocatori nelle gare online, veloci partite per party online e off line e integrazioni da YouTube saranno la regola. I giocatori saranno anche in grado di competere con gli amici negli ‘Showdown Challenges' sia che essi siano online sia che non lo siano.
