principe andry Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 Per quanto riguarda la prossima generazione di processori Intel Haswell-E, questa potrebbe essere la notizia che molti overclockers appassionati aspettavano da tempo: il die sotto la copertura IHS (integrated heat spreader), è fissato con la saldatura o con la pasta termica (TIM)?
