pasta Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 se paypal rifiuta il reclamo dell'acquirente di un oggetto ebay non ricevuto (e chiude la pratica), il venditore (che non ha responsabilità in quanto ha spedito e provato) è ormai esente da un successivo reclamo o possibilità di restituzione dei soldi?
