The highest performance is 285/275 MB/s. Random 4K writing performance can reach 50000 IOPS which improve the 4K writing issue in past SSD. ATTO DISK Benchmark over 64k benchmark result is max read 249.4 Mb/s and write 232.9 MB/s CrystalDiskMark 4K QD32 Read - 139.7 MB/s Write - 46.74 MB/s EVEREST File Benchmark over 1024k benchmark result also above 250 MB/s.
