tom1 Posted January 23, 2011 Share Posted January 23, 2011 Foxconn segue a ruota gli altri produttori di mobo di fascia alta presentando la: FOXCONN QUANTUM FORCE P67 Foxconn ha prodotto negli ultimi anni parecchi modelli di schede madri Quantum Force per il mercato high-end, e pare che sia pronta al lancio di un nuovo modello dedicato ai processori Sandy Bridge. La scheda madre sarà equipaggiata con socket LGA 1155 e chipset Intel P67, la colorazione del PCB sarà nera mentre gli slot onboard saranno rossi o neri come già visto sugli ultimi prodotti della serie Quantum Force. tom1 Posted January 23, 2011 Author Share Posted January 23, 2011 (edited) Foxconn da parecchio tempo ormai si dedica alla fascia alta delle schede madri, proponendo soluzioni con spiccate doti di overclock e componentissima di alto livello. Anche Foxconn infatti si prepara all’avvento Intel Sandy Bridge con una nuova motherboard, ovvero la Quantum Force P67. Ovviamente il socket sarà il LGA 1155 e chipset Intel P67, mentre per l’aspetto si è votato per un pcb nero con “interni” rossi. Intorno al socket si appostano e nascondono dodici fasi di alimentazione per la CPU e altre due per i quattro moduli DDR3, interessantissimi i pulsanti direttamente saldati sulla mobo che permettono di overclockare la cpu senza intervenire sul BIOS, vi basterà premerli per mettere il turbo alla vostra cpu, anche se i più esperti storceranno il naso e preferiranno ovviamente fare tutto a mano. I chip dedicati al bios sono due e si può fare lo switch tra i due tramite un comodo ponticello. Gli slot dedicati alle VGA sono due PCI-Express 2.0 x16 con suporto allo SLI e al CrossFireX, ci sono anche 3 PCIExpress 2.0 x1 e uno slot PCI. Sono anche presenti porte SATA da 6 Gbps e quattro SATA 3Gbps, ed ovviamente le porte USB 3.0 ormai presenti su tutte le motherboard di recente uscita. Ma la notizia che vi farà più felici è senza dubbio il prezzo, solo 150€ infatti per una scheda di fascia alta. Expansion slots include two PCI-Express 2.0 x16 (electrical x8/x8 with both populated), three PCI-E x1, and one PCI. Both ATI CrossFireX and NVIDIA SLI are sure to be supported. Storage connectivity includes two internal SATA 6 Gb/s, four internal SATA 3 Gb/s, two eSATA 3 Gb/s, and one ATA connector supporting up to two IDE devices. External connectivity includes 8+2 channel HD audio with optical and coaxial SPDIF connectors, two USB 3.0 ports, a number of USB 2.0 ports, FireWire, and two gigabit Ethernet connections. The Quantum Force P67 is loaded with overclocker-friendly features. There is a set of onboard overclocking control buttons, diagnostic LED display, rear-panel CMOS reset button, redundant BIOS in separate EEPROM chips, and high-precision voltage control thanks to the Volterra PWM IC. Foxconn's Quantum Force P67 could be part of the first wave of motherboards that will be released along with Intel's socket LGA1155 CPUs in early 2011."
