silvioslim Posted January 13, 2010 Share Posted January 13, 2010 Ciao a tutti...sono qui per esporvi il seguente problema che tra l'altro è molto diffuso in rete: Ho un Acer aspire 5738zg...il lettore interno tsst l633b funziona alla grande con windows xp, vista e vari linux....perchè con windows7 sia 32 che 64bit mi crea problemi... Basta che vado su "COMPUTER" che mi rileva solo l'HD mentre il drive cd non si vede...apro il drive, lo richiudo e a volte lo vede... Inserisco un cd e 1 volta su 4 NON parte...se provo ad entrare sul drive si impalla il pc...a volte parte e funziona alla grande...ma per lo più delle volte si impalla durante il suo utilizzo. Sicuro di un drive cd che funzioni (se rimetto vista e xp funziona alla perfezione) cosa posso fare??? PS:piccola parentesi => ho provato ad aggornare il firmware del lettore...dal sito samsung scarico l'aggiornamento ma lo stesso non riconosce il lettore (come se non fosse un samsung) nemmeno installando il programma per l'aggiornamento del drive in "live"...non vede il drive Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
silvioslim Posted January 14, 2010 Author Share Posted January 14, 2010 aggiornata la bios con l'ultimo firmware...non è stao risolto nemmeno con questo acer dice che essendo uscito per vista non mi danno supporto per windows 7...addirittura un ragazzo che ha il mio stesso modello ma con l'upgrade a windows 7 in omaggio ha ricevuto la stessa risposta...siamo messi bene ieri sera ho riformattato per l'ennesima volta... win 7 pro 64bit. il lettore non lo vede proprio se almeno non apro il cassetto...sarà mi ca un problema di driver??? silvioslim Posted January 14, 2010 Author Share Posted January 14, 2010 una bella rogna.. teoricamente i driver integrati nel sistema operativo bastano per riconoscere la quasi totalità dei lettori...il fatto che questo drive non sia supportato purtroppo la complica le cose, perchè se non fanno qualcosa loro temo che tu non potrai fare molto... se non cambiare il drive con uno compatibile con win 7 però il dubbio viene comunque...perchè se non fosse copatibile nemmeno in fase di installazione del sistema operativo dovrebbe riconoscerlo...addirittura ho letto in rete un problema simile...però a questa persona (che ha un lettore interno sempre sata) in fase di installazione dell' OS viene fuori il messaggio di errore che dice pressapoco così: "impossibile installare driver compatibili con la periferica (riferendosi al driver ottico) xxxx...." Insomma a me lo riconoscein fase di installazione...è una vera e propria rogna EDIT: copio e incollo il problema di un utente inglese ok so I boot from the dvd and I get the typical windows driver loading and get to the first blue screen to install Windows 7. I click install and it says starting install then it stops and says cd/dvd device missing... This comes along with the brouse box to locate the driver. Microsoft noted that it was aware of the issue, and provided a few workarounds for the affected customers to regain DVD drive functionality. According to the Redmond company symptoms involve completely or only intermittently inaccessible DVD drives post-Windows 7 installations. According to Microsoft, there is an issue with the firmware for some DVD drive products and the Adaptive Link Power Management (ALPM) in Windows 7. The software giant even revealed the specific devices that are affected by problems: “This problem may occur if you use one of the following DVD drives on the computer: Sony BC-5100S DVD, Sony BC-5600S DVD and TSST TS-L633B DVD+/-RW.” According to Microsoft there are two workarounds that end users can turn to. The first is the simplest, and it involves updating the firmware for Sony BC-5100S DVD, Sony BC-5600S DVD and TSST TS-L633B DVD+/-RW. “To check for an applicable firmware update, contact the manufacturor of the DVD drive,” Microsoft noted. At the same time, the Redmond company presents an alternative designed to let Windows 7 users regain DVD drive functionality in the eventuality that a firmware update is not available. The second mitigation involves disabling the Adaptive Link Power Management (ALPM) feature. “ALPM is a feature that puts a hardware device into sleep state after 100 ms of idle time. This is a power-saving feature. After you disable ALPM, you can still configure the drive to run in any one of three power plans: Performance, Balanced, and Power Saver. However, you cannot still benefit from the additional power saving that is provided by ALPM,” Microsoft explained. In order to disable ALPM users will need to first open a command prompt. Just enter cmd in the search box under the start menu and right click the selected result choosing Run as Administrator. There are a total of six commands that users must run, Microsoft revealed, all of them included below. icchia Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 stesso problema!!!mi ero dimenticato di dirti che ero già andato sul sito della lg per scaricare driver ma nn c'è per win7 anche se è un lettore molto recente!!!avevo letto che quando si installa un software vecchio di 576 anni win7 può dare questo problema e c'è scritto di andare a cancellare dei fil di registo...ma io nn mi fido di farlo,nn h la competenza!!!io mi sono cmq procurato un cd di win7 nel caso debba fare qualche procedura strana!!!
