    A quanto pare c'è in giro una prebuild.

     

    OVVIAMENTE non si parla di warez in questo forum (nel senso che non si danno link e non si incentiva la pirateria).

    OVVIAMENTE chi prova una prebuild e poi si lamenta quella "qualità FINALE" è decisamente sciocco (non è ancora una beta né una release candidate).

    Double XP Weekend

     

    Starting today, 26th May, at 9am (PST) and running until Monday 30th at 12am (PST), Crysis 2 will be dishing out double-XP across all three platforms! There are no restrictions on game modes or maps so grab your friends and earn some new gadgets, guns and lots of XP!

     

    We will be monitoring the stats and the top XP earners on each platform will win a prize package including lots of Crysis 2 goodies such as figurines, t-shirts, sticker/badges and more!

     

    Crysis 2 Up-coming Patch

     

    The good news doesn’t just end with the double XP weekend, we also have released the new notes for the up-coming Crysis 2 patch on PC! This includes a list of community requested fixes/changes, here is a little highlight of some of the main points;

     

    Added Advanced graphics options

    Added F1 to vote kick players

    Increased score limits in a number of game modes

    Crash Site has a limit of 175 (was 150)

    Team Instant Action has a limit of 75 (was 50)

    Instant Action has a limit 30 (was 25)

    Increased Anti-cheat protection

    Made a number of weapon balance changes

    Made a large number of fixes for SP and MP

    Quello è sicuro, il problema sono i consumi.

     

    Se la 560 a default consuma come la 460 overclockata, tanto vale ORA prendere la 460 (che costa meno) e tirarla, dato che a 825/1650 MHz ci arrivano tutte e con queste frequenze si gioca senza problemi a 1920x1080 con impostazioni decisamente alte.

     

    Ovvio che fra qualche mese i prezzi si livelleranno e le 460 scompariranno.

    ERA ORA!!!!!!!

    Finalmente non c'è più da diventare matti a cercare monitor con l'ingresso DVI (sono ahimè molto rari).

    Settando il rescaling della GPU funziona tutto magnificamente!

    Sono DECISAMENTE soddisfatto!

     

    Ecco il vecchio Diablo a 640x80 su un monitor 1360x768, attaccato alla scheda video via VGA!

    Moving on, the other big functionality update with 275 is a new resizing and scaling UI in the NVIDIA control panel. The core functionality of scaling hasn’t changed much as NVIDIA has offered these controls for quite some time, but now scaling controls are available for VGA and HDMI displays, versus just DVI and DisplayPort as it was previously. There’s also a new override option or Windows 7, for forcing misbehaving programs to use NVIDIA’s scaling options instead of their own. (ED: We’ve never actually encountered this before. If you know of any games/applications that need this option, please let us known in the comments)
