CERBERO è il nome di questo telaio La struttura è realizzata in profilati quadri di dimensioni 4x4 cm per 2 mm di spessore, il tutto saldato e assemblato con l'Arte di un mastro fabbro. Il telaio sarà preparato e verniciato con primer epossidico anticorrosivo, personalizzato aerografato e rifinito in carrozzeria. warboy Posted October 2, 2015 Author Share Posted October 2, 2015 la motherboard tray, il supporto per l'alimentatore e la griglia per le ventole ed il radiatore sono stati ricavati da un foglio di ferro di circa 4mm di spessore "tagliato" usando una cnc taglio plasma. poi rifiniti a "mano" poi saldo tutto alla struttura Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

warboy Posted October 18, 2015 Author Share Posted October 18, 2015 Poi sono passato alla fase di verniciatura: - carteggiando leggermento lo chassis con carta fine - pulizia completa con antisiliconico - due mani di fondo epossidico isolante - 2 mani di nero come base e poi via con l'aerografia: iniziato a mascherare (con il nastro arancione) ho ricoperto con del colore grigio/argento e... ecco qualche dettaglio del risultato: seguono due mani di trasparente bicomponente Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
