Diciamo che mi ha formato durante la mia fase di crescita pre-adolescenziale. Io invece ho iniziato a 28 dopo aver smesso il basket agonistico. Adesso che ne ho 51 di anni sono diventato cintura nera 4dan e sono diventato maestro, così da 5 anni ho aperto un corso mio presso di una palestra, per bambini, ragazzi ed adulti Così, negli anni ho coinvolto tutta la Famiglia ciao Flavio Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
