pasta Posted June 4, 2012 Share Posted June 4, 2012 Navigando in rete mi sono inbattuto su popup vari di casino e poker che credo mi abbiano infettato il pc in quanto all'improvviso si è bloccato tutto su una pagina che chiede il pagamento di una multa di 100 euro per evitare sanzioni penali perchè sul mio pc ci sono files protetti da diritto d'autore bla bla bla..... Ad ogni riavvio mi trovo questa schermata dalla quale non si esce (anche facendo ctrl alt canc) e anche avviando in modalità provvisoria. principe andry Posted June 4, 2012 Share Posted June 4, 2012 Mi sembra di capire che il PC infettato non ti permetta di fare alcuna operazione. Ci sono diversi software antivirus che si possono installare sul CD e ti permettono di fare una scansione prima che il sistema operativo si avvii. pasta Posted June 5, 2012 Author Share Posted June 5, 2012 ho avviato un SO da un altro hd ma purtoppo combofix (da quanto ho capito l'unico rimedio insieme a kaspersky windows unloker a risolvere questo rtipo di problema) scansiona solo il sistema operativo avviato, non anche l'altro disco e non mi pare sia configurabile in tal senso Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pasta Posted June 6, 2012 Author Share Posted June 6, 2012 sono riuscito ad avviare in modalità provvisoria con prompt dei comandi ed ho avviato da riga di comando combofix che avevo spostato in c: e mi ha risolto il problema....poi ho fatto una scansione con malwarebite, emsisoft antimalware, superantispyware, antivir (e domani faccio un altra sessione di altri 3-4 programmi) e stranamente nessuno di questi mi ha trovato niente (tranne qualche falso positivo che mi è sempre stato rilevato e che so per certo che è pulito) Adesso però c'è un problema: la schermata del desktop ha lo sfondo ma non i files e le cartelle (se invece vado nella cartella desktop cercano in esplora risorse i files sono presenti).....sapete come posso risolvere?
