GenX Posted April 12, 2012 Share Posted April 12, 2012 Ciao a tutti, stamattina vado per accendere il PC e mi suona il gruppo di continuità, luce rossa che indica il sovraccarico e il beep continuo. Il PC non parte. Provo a cambiare spina, senza Ups, ma lo stesso non parte, tolgo l'alimentatore dal PC (un Corsair TX650W di 2 anni) e faccio il ponticello tra pin 15 e 16, ma la ventola non parte, quindi penso sia morto. Ho fatto richiesta di rma sul sito della Corsair e mi è stato dato l'ok per l'invio in assistenza. Ora Corsair offre 5 anni di garanzia su quel modello, ma lo sostituirà senza problemi? Leggendo un pò in giro, ho letto che gli alimentatori con pfc attivo hanno problemi con Ups senza AVR ... io ho un APC Back-Ups CS 350, credo sia senza Avr (chiedo conferma). Credete sia colpa dell'Ups? Se Corsair me lo ripara o sostituisce, mi conviene cambiare alimentatore o tenermelo senza Ups? GenX Posted April 21, 2012 Author Share Posted April 21, 2012 Secondo il corriere l'alimentatore è arrivato ieri alla Corsair, ma sul sito loro non risulta ancora, vabbè che oggi è sabato quindi devo aspettare lunedì. Ho visto sul sito Corsair che il modello TX650 non viene più prodotto; al suo posto c'è il TX650 V2... c'è la possibilità che mi inviino il nuovo modello o mi manderanno un V1 ricondizionato? SDA) sul sito risulta ancora in attesa del prodotto difettoso; così ieri ho mandato un'email per chiedere info e mi hanno risposto così: Dear customer, According to our system we are awaiting the defective product. Once I get a response from them I will let you know.
