1. Take a USB pen-drive that can be format ( files in USB pen-drive can be deleted or an empty USB pen-drive )

2. In Microsoft Windows, upzip "usb format.zip" file. There has "DOS files" folder and "HPUSBFW.EXE" file come out.

3. Execute "HPUSBFW.EXE" file. Select USB pen-drive which want to making DOS bootable system. In file system select "FAT" or FAT32".

In Format options, mark "Create a DOS startup disk" item. then select "using DOS system files located at" and indicate to "DOS files" folder.

4. After all setting done, press "Start" button to format your USB pen-drive and create DOS bootup system in this USB pen-drive.

5. Copy flash utility and BIOS binary files in this USB pen-drive.( files download from web site need unzip to copy to USB pen-drive )

6. Restart system and press "Del" get into BIOS setup

7. select "USB-XXX" as first boot device in "Advanced BIOS Features setup" and save setting to restar system. Or you can plug out floppy, SATA and IDE HDD cable to let system only can boot from USB pen-drive

8. After bootup from USB pen-drive success, execute flash utility to flash BIOS. If has batch file *.bat, then execute batch file directly is OK.

If no batch file, please reference next example to flash BIOS:

AFUDOS xxxxxxxx.ROM /p /b /n /c /k

XXXXXXXX.ROM is BIOS binary file which must be correct fit with MB model.

Warning: using wrong or un-correct binary file to flash MB will crash BIOS and make system un-boot. It is not under warrenty.

In allegato il tool per farlo

  • 3 weeks later...

Prestazioni:

molto veloce ma molto molto veloce ;)

gestione ram per ora 1866MHz in tranquillità

ma gia con le ram a 1600 cl6-8-7-24 1t rullazza a bestia.

proci usati L040B ed L042B

(roba da over 5200MHz)
