ramsesvi Posted January 16, 2011 Share Posted January 16, 2011 Salve avrei bisogno di aiuto Ho questo aggeggio qui per inserire le password: Microsoft Fingerprint Reader (USB Campatible) su eBay.it Other, Computer Accessories, Computers Networking Il problema è che ho installato Windows7 - 64bit e adesso quando installo il software una schermata mi dice che il programma non è compatibile con la versione di Windows? megthebest Posted January 16, 2011 Share Posted January 16, 2011 credo si riferisca alla versione 64bit. i driver potrebbero essere solo per le versioni 32bit di windows 7, vista e xp. hai un sito ufficiale del produttore dell'accessorio? controlla bene marca e modello e fai una ricerca su internetO0 ** edit azz.. la cosa è grave... non funziona proprio con windows 7.. solo con xp e vista e solo per le versioni 32bit: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/support/fingerprintreader.mspx mi spiace ma dovrai rimettere il vecchio systema op. oppure cambiare l'accessorio..
