Le085 Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 TeamGroup ha annunciato che presenterà al CeBIT2008 le sue nuove memorie ddr3 della serie Xtreem, con prestazioni record. La frequenza operativa di tali memorie sarà di 2133Mhz con CLS 10-10-10-30 (tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS). Il voltaggio delle memorie sarà di 2.1V - 2.2V. Con queste memorie la TeamGroup ha raggiunto una banda passante single channel di ben 17G/sec.
