megthebest Posted December 22, 2007 Share Posted December 22, 2007 Non molti mesi fa equipaggiare un notebook con 2 Gb di ram equivaleva possedere un supercomputer adatto a qualsiasi scopo sia esso videoludico che office.. Questa sitazione è destinata a cessare dal momento che si delinea la possibilità (direi certezza) che molti portatili già nel primo trimestre del 2008 vengano forniti con 4Gb di ram. Il crollo dei prezzi dei moduli dram ha permesso di abbattere il costo della ram al 6% del prezzo totale di un notebook (ad inizio 2007 si era al 10%) e rende così praticabile la strada di fornire un notebook desktop replacement, con un simile quantitativo di ram. Certo che questo dovrà essere coadiuvato da un sistema operativo a 64bit che ne permetta il reale utilizzo.. Vedremo nei prossimi mesi se Dell,Hp,Acer,Toshiba e Asus ne inizieranno la commercializzazione. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
