La Corte Distrettuale di Amburgo ha emanato un'ordinanza di ingiunzione nei confronti di un gestore di un server eDonkey. Questa prescrive l'immediata cessazione di ogni attività, almeno fino a quando saranno presenti sul sistema "file musicali illegali".
