principe andry Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 Al Samsung Global Summit 2013 a Seoul, Samsung ha presentato la nuova serie di SSD denominata 840 EVO destinata al mercato consumer, che andrà ad affiancarsi a quelle già offerte dalla casa coreana. Per quanto riguarda il settore enterprise, Samsung ha sviluppato la prima unità SSD da 2,5" SFF-8639 NVM Express (NVMe) PCIe. L'XS1715 raggiunge capacità di 400GB, 800 GB e 1,6 TB con prestazioni in lettura sequenziale che arriva a 3.000 MB/s e 740.000 IOPS (random read).
