Visto che tra un po vado ad aggiornarmi il sistema, volevo rilassare tutti i voltaggi e le impostazioni del bios dato che lho tenuto fino ad oggi in leggero oc... La cpu è un E6550. Vorrei sapere (visto che tenere a default le impostazioni del bios è sconsigliato) i settaggi base senza avere problemi anche quando il sistema è sottosforzo.
