    Ciao a tutti,

    qualcuno può aiutarmi a risolvere un problema che ho con la masterizzazione?

    Ho acquistato Nero 10 ma in molti casi non riesco a masterizzare.

    Il log mi segnala INDIRIZZO BLOCCO NON VALIDO.

    il pc è un HP Pavilion Dv7 1130el, il masterizzatore HP CDDVDW TS L633N firmware 0300

    Penso sia questione di aggiornamento dei driver ma non riesco a trovare il file da scaricare e l'assistenza tecnica di Hp mi chiede di pagare per avere una risposta in quanto il prodotto è fuori garanzia, sebbene non presenti alcun guasto!!!!

    qualcuno è in grado di aiutarmi?

          oddio, domande difficili...

          supporti ottici intendi i dvd?

          con i verbatim sicuro non funziona... ma a volte i tdk me li masterizza a volte no...

          faccio un esempio: ho chiuso il filmato di un mio spettacolo e l'ho masterizzato (non ho problemi a masterizzare un filmato creato da me), poi ho provato a fare le copie del dvd. con il tdk ce l'ho fatta, con i l verbatim no. allora ho riprovato con altri tdk ma mi fallisce la masterizzazione con la scritta INDIRIZZO BLOCCO NON VALIDO...

                                    allora a questo punto decreto che sia un incompatibilità tra il firmware quindi masterizzatore samsung del notebook e il tipo di supporto
