Ah pensavo fosser a a liquido quelle di ale visto le temp, comunque la differenza da un case aperto ad un banchetto si sente parecchio esperienza personale la mia 550 ti sul banchetto era sui 60/65° massimo adesso nel case arriva a 74°...

Comparazione tra le gigabyte 680 4gb oc series e le 780 rev 2.0
Potenza + 35% di media per le 780
Quasi eliminato lo stuttering in giochi pesanti maxati come crysis 3 mentre le 680 erano molto fastidiose su questo aspetto
Rumorosita' dimezzata per le serie 7 che in auto si impostano sul 60 % a 79 gradi e a parita' di rotazione sono mooolto piu silenziose
Temperature nettamente a favore delle serie 6 circa 20 gradi in meno a parita di clock
Esteticamente 2 gradini sopra la serie 7 finalmente materiali all'altezza, 8 fasi di alimentazioni e pcb NERO
Che dire se non fosse per le temp sarebbero le schede dell'anno....vediamo se il problema e causato dal mio sistema o sono proprio le bimbe focose
Ecco un po il sunto delle nuove serie 7 riguardo il temp target:
There's a reason all the reviews show the temps as 80C. It's because that is the target load temperature for ALL GTX 780 and 770 cards, not just the reference card.
It's important to understand this, because all cards will hit the exact same load temperature!! The aftermarket cards will NOT hit the mid 60s by default. In fact, any card will hit any temperature (more or less), but you have to manually set it now. It's no longer "Auto" anymore. I explain this in the 770 reviews, check it out below.

The "problem" of 80C as you describe actually isn't the Titan-based cooler. The cooler is very good. The issue is the temperature target that is hardwired into the card by default, which is 80C. This means that ALL GTX 780 (and 770) cards will hit 80C at load, regardless of the cooler. EVGA, MSI, Gigabyte, ASUS, etc....they will all measure the exact same load temperature. The only way to change it is manually adjust the Temperature Target limit.
Now here's the kicker: even though all cards will register the same load temperature, certain cards can definitely do better with lower temperatures. But you have to manually set that. THEN........the difference is that certain coolers will achieve lower temperatures at lower noise levels. So, the MSI card is quieter than the Gigabyte, which is quieter than the stock cooler.......even though all have the same 80C load temperature. So.........you can lower the temperature target on the MSI, for example, and those fans still still run quieter even though the new load temps might be the same as a new load temp of the reference design. But the MSI heatsink is better so you'll get lower noise at the same temperatures.
What does this all mean? Well, the reference cooler is very good, make no mistake. But the board partner cards are better. HOWEVER, that absolutely does NOT mean they will run cooler. THEY WILL NOT. They will run the exact same as the reference temperatures!!! You have to manually adjust the targets, and only THEN will you notice a difference.
Most people won't really care for the most part, but some people might. So then pick a card. But EVGA uses the reference design. MSI, Gigabyte, and ASUS have custom coolers, all of which are better than the reference IF you adjust them to suit your needs. Otherwise it's a waste of money.
So, the board partner cards are indeed better but you absolutely HAVE to manually adjust the temperature targets, or they will perform exactly the same as the reference cooler. "Auto" fan setting is no longer possible. It's a smart move by Nvidia, but it takes a bit of getting used to.

Mamma mia ste schedozze volano....e lavorono in modo molto piu sincrono ed equilibrato tra loro rispetto allo sli di 680....MA QUANTO SCALDANO.....praticamente dovro tornare al progetto iniziale e mettere la paratia finestrata con la ventola in espulsione se voglio tenere il pc chiuso........ma tra il plexy e la paratia preferisco tenerlo aperto e godermi lo spettacolo avere i componenti a pochi cm da me.....

INCREDILE...300 MHZ IN PIU ALLA 780 REFERENCE....600 MHZ IN PIU PER LA CPU....RAFFREDAMENTO IBRIDO MA CON OTTIME TEMPERATURE VISTO ANCHE I 30 GRADI DI NAPOLI
Le vga si boostano con questo oc a 1245mhz anche se 1006 dichiarati e 104 miei dovrebbe andare a 1110 mhz o poco piu in boost ma il nuovo sistema nvidia quando ha margini di gradi spinge di brutto e con un sistema ben raffreddato e messo a punto lato driver ha un potenziale incredibile.
DA NOTARE CHE LE RAM DIVENTANO MOLTO ROGNOSE SE SI OCCANO INSIEME AL GK 110 MENTRE DA SOLE SPINGONO BENE IO NON SONO RIUSCITO AD ANDARE OLTRE I 250MHZ...PUR CON L'OVERVOLT 1.2 SBLOCCATO DALLA GIGA

Ti ha risposto Alex, le Titan ormai sono sovraprezzate poichè le 780 vanno quasi uguale costando il 40% in meno...
Fossi in te aspetterei un mesetto e prenderei uno CFX di R9 290X (la nuova top gamme di AMD) che sembrerebbe andare più della Titan avendo un prezzo all'uscita di 600€...

Ora mi ritiro per riflettere e deliberare, hahahahaha, in base ai vostri consigli ma non vi nascondo che le Titan mi allettano.....
L'unico mio vero dubbio era dato dal mio 2600k che cmq dovrebbe sostenere il lavoro delle GPU con i suoi 4,4 ghz.......prenderò anche e finalmente il Noctua NH D14 e le Ares 16gb 2133 mhz consigliatemi da Tom a suo tempo
