The contest is opened to all users, Italian or not. You must open in the "Modding" section a new discussion called "Mod'n Roll 2012: Name of Mod", this discussion will contain the full Worklog of the realized modding, full is intended as complete with photos, of course, andor video related the full construction phase of the PC, otherwise you will be disqualified by XtremeHardware.it staff. The photos must be clear and accompanied by a description in such a way that the worklog is understandable to anyone. Each user can create multiple threads and then present more mod, so you can also win more prizes.
The modding is at least the PC case, which may be made from scratch (i.e. self-built) or by modifying an existing one. In the final pictures that case must be equipped with the hardware, will be welcomed other changes to various components such as motherboards, SSD HDD dissipation systems and peripherals.
The contest will run for 6 months, long enough for a user to start and finish his mod, users with already started Mods can also participate provided they are still under construction, the staff reserves the right to exclude participants with a mod already very developed at the beginning of the contest, users with already started Mods will still need to post pictures andor video relating to all phases of the work already performed.
Sponsored Mods can also participate; the user can insert company official links in the Mod presentation post (first post) and thanks in the last post related to the worklog. In the first post must also be included the logos of the four sponsors of the Mod'n Roll contest.
Even the XtremeHardware staff members can participate in the competition.
Each user can self-eliminate from the contest if deemed necessary.
[Phase 2: Preparing to vote] June 15th to June 22nd
At the end of the contest each user will have a week to present the photos or videos of his final project to the vote, users can post up to 4 photos and 2 videos for each mod, these photos represent the last post of the worklog and then will be followed by thanks to the sponsors in the event of sponsorship.
[Phase 3: Vote] June 22nd to July 15th
The voting will be open to all users with more than 100 posts and to participants (even if their posts found to be less than 100) and will last 3 weeks, each contestant can also vote on his own model, users will be required to judge the modding in the race based on the following criteria:
1) Completeness of the mod (in favor of complete work)
2) Complexity of the mod (in favor of complexity)
3) Difficulty in implementation (in favor of labor)
4) Innovation (in favor of new solutions)
Top 3 will be awarded, each user will have to express three preferences.
Preferences have the following meaning:
1st: mod name = 3 points
2nd: mod name = 2 points
3rd: mod name = 1 point

When vote is concluded, the members of the XtremeHardware.it staff will provide, finished the counts, the winners, drawing up the entire list; the user that with his mod will get the highest score will win the first prize, following the awards up to 3rd classified.
In the event that there are two or more users with the same overall score to contend an award, the staff will decide the winner by voting using the name and the reason for its choice. Shipping prices are in charge to XtremeHardware for users that live in Italy. Foreign users must receive prizes at their own cost.
[Phase 5: Prize for voters] July 15th to August 1st
Even voting users will have the chance to win a prize: to every user not participating in the contest, that has voted and is not part of Xtremehardware.it Staff, will be assigned a number. Through the Random.org system will be randomly selected a winning number, the corresponding user will win the prize.
Rules may exceptionally change to ensure to all users the proper conduct of the contest.

English it's better

By the way, Spanish is easy to understand for most Italian people but English will be easier understood from abroad.
Just wait the 15th of January as stated in the rules
