La famiglia Crucial M500 viene proposta nei formati: SATA III 2,5" 7mm, mSATA e NGFF M.2.
Gli SSD M500 utilizzano memorie NAND flash MLC da 20 nm prodotte da Micron e il controller, 88SS9187, è invece fornito da Marvell. L'offerta prevede tagli da 120GB, 240GB, 480GB e 960GB.
Prezzi IVA esclusa: 120GB a 102€, 240GB a 172€, 480GB a 312€ e 960GB a 470€.

Aggiunte un po' di review. Sembra quasi puntare maggiormente sui tagli più grandi, Crucial.

vedo che i prezzi sono ora bassissimi...
il 240gb va sui 100€, credo di prenderne uno per il notebook
pensavo poi tra l'altro che per il futuro, 2-3 di questi in raid0 potrebbero essere molto GG per il fisso (ma aspetto broadwell)
