You need to know that thios is 2 X 280W, so 280W heatload on each head.

It could be interesting to see the dimensions. I see that you designed the top to allow a 4x120mm radiator installation.

Will it be in Alu?

Yes It is made of AlU, only bottom is made of stainless steel. Dimensions 690mm high, 650mm long and 220mm wide.

No problem to add dust filters.
