ho un problema assurdo con un portatile toshiba...

Avvio win xp e appena parte mi esce il messaggio classico dei tasti permanenti, quello che si attiva automaticamente quando viene cliccato più volte il tasto shift di seguito.

Come posso fare ad individuare il problema?
