avevo una veloce domanda...volevo sapere se un hd SATA II si può collegare ad una scheda madre che legge solo i SATA...o se non sono compatibili...dato che si trovano un sacco di MB che non supportano SATA II ma solo SATA...ma di hd SATA non se ne trovano granché...e volevo anche sapere quanto siano più veloci i SATA II rispetto ai SATA...

i sata 1 vanno a 150mb/s

i sata 2 vanno a 300 mb/s
