Ltd, azienda leader nella produzione di schede madri e schede grafiche, ha collaborato con Intel per overclockare con successo il processore Intel Extreme Core Count (XCC) oltre 5GHz su tutti i core durante l’Intel Keynote al COMPUTEX 2018. Anche senza raffreddamento ad azoto liquido (LN2), la combinazione di una scheda madre GIGABYTE e del processore Intel XCC è riuscita a distruggere i record di overclocking su processore a singolo socket.
