principe andry Posted August 10, 2015 Share Posted August 10, 2015 Come è già noto, anche l'ultima architettura dei processori Intel, con la nuova famiglia Skylake da 14nm, utilizza una pasta termoconduttiva tra il die e l'IHS, al posto della più efficiente saldatura.
