<![CDATA[Hitachi-LG: drive ibrido HD DVD e Blu-Ray per PC]]>Hitachi-LG mostrerà al CeBIT e farà debuttare sul mercato a maggio la prima unità ottica interna per PC ibrida, capace di riprodurre HD DVD e Blu-Ray. Il nome di questa unità non è esattamente dei più immediati - GGW-H10N Super Multi Blue - e anche il suo costo non è di certo incoraggiante: 1200 dollari. Questo prezzo è il medesimo con il quale LG commercializza il player ibrido da tavolo BH100.

Il drive "combo" può leggere, registrare e riscrivere su CD e DVD (10x per DVD±R, 8x per DVD±RW, 6x/8x e DVD±R DL), così come riprodurre e registrare Blu-Ray in single e dual layer (a 4x o 3.5x) e riprodurre HD DVD. L'interfaccia di connessione è quella Serial ATA.
