Pallas è un nuovo dissipatore low profile, interamente studiato in Germania, da 140 millimetri. Il Raijintek Pallas è stato progettato per la maggior parte dei desktop, in particolare per quelli di ridotte dimensioni. Le dimensioni del Raijintek Pallas sono di 68 millimetri nei quali rientra la ventola 14013 PWM incluca. Il Raijintek Pallas è stato progettato interamente da ingegneri tedesci per migliorare notevolmente il flusso d'aria e la superficie dissipante .
