Neon UV o strisce led UV?

Quante nel caso per un buon effetto? Ho acquistato i tubi per watercooling UV reattivi.

P.S. ho trovato queste strisce Phobya LED-Flexlight HighDensity 60cm UV (72x SMD LED´s)

che ne dite? Vanno meglio dei neon?

Come potrei collegarle insieme da poter anche spegnerle ed accenderle con bottone?
