principe andry Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 Come abbiamo visto nella recensione dettagliata del http://www.xtremehardware.com/storage/ssd-solid-state-disk/corsair-neutron-gtx-201210177665/">Corsair Neutron GTX, le memorie Toggle NAND di Toshiba integrate avevano un processo produttivo a 24nm, mentre quest'oggi Corsair annuncia che la nuova versione CSSD-NxxxGBGTXB-BK sarà dotata di memorie a 19 nm; dalla B sono riconoscibili i modelli più recenti.
