<![CDATA[Testare i mosfet sulla scheda madre]]>Volevo capire bene come si fa a misurare i mosfet su una mobo per capire se sono ancora integri o meno ho seguito questa guida http://forum.pianetadonna.it/hobby-fai-da-te/22585-come-provare-un-mosfet.html ma non mi ha convinto perchè ho fatto delle prove sul mio pc funzionante e non è andata proprio come dice... nel senso la prova tra drain e source con nero nel drain e rosso nel source andava bene era sempre tra 0.4-0.6 mentre effettuando al contrario non sempre mi dava aperto cioè 1. a volte mi dava delle misure tipo 1.500 0ppure 0.880 ecc...

sulle mainboard è più difficile perchè nei buck converter molti MOSFET per vari motivi risultano praticamente in Parallelo rendendo difficili certi test.

Cmq il mosfet, prima di tutto controlla che non sia in corto-circuito, poi passi a fare il test già elencato sopra. Se ti esce qualche valore un pò strano potrebbe anche essere dovuto agli altri componenti presenti sulla mainboard.

Poi c'è da fare anche la prova del gate: per farla purtroppo è quasi sempre necessario dissaldare e distaccare tale piedino del mosfet dalla scheda. devi caricare il gate col multimetro in modalità prova-diodi. (Punt. rosso su GATE e puntale Nero su SOURCE). Poi sposti il punt. ROSSO da GATE a DRAIN. Se il Mosfet è funzionante dovrebbe condurre, e dovresti avere Resistenza prossima a ZERO.

La scheda funzionante no solo che sto entrando nel mondo della riparazione come hobby mi appassiona e siccome ho un lotto di schede non funzionanti volevo capire se può essere qualche mosfet..chiedo a Matthew8 allora..
