Che tu sappia il Leopard (10.5.8) vede più di 6gb di RAM? Io mi ricordavo di si, ne vedeva 10gb, però non ne sono certo.

Mi sa tanto che ho individuato il problema: il Mac non vede più alcuni banchi RAM e non capisco il motivo.

Ieri l'altro ne vedeva 6gb sui 10 gb installati, oggi addirittura 2gb!

No, da un momento all'altro.

Però pare che abbia risolto, semplicemente scollegando periferiche USB e Firewire.

In azienda possediamo un Mac Pro del 2008 (potenziato da me con scheda video migliorata, 10GB di DDR, OWC SSD, OS 10.5.8), che da stamattina mi da questo grosso problema: si blocca tutto, scende una "tendina" nera e viene scritto un messaggio: "You need to restart your computer. Hold down the power button for several seconds or press the Restart button".

Naturalmente ho fatto quel che dice per ben due volte, ma il problema ritorna: che posso fare?! Siamo veramente nel panico!!
