<![CDATA[Problema porte usb notebook]]>Un saluto a tutti

oggi rispolvero il mio vecchio portatile un aspire 5103wlmi per regalarlo a mia sorella lo accendo e mi accorgo che non funziona più nessuna porta usb.

Mi compare il messaggio " windows non è in grado di riconoscere la periferica usb ", le porte sono comunque alimentate se inserisco una chiavetta installa anche i driver e poi la fatidica scritta.

Ho provato a disinstallate tutte le porte e reinstallare i driver senza ottenere alcun risultato, dalla gestione dispositivi tutte le porte mi dice dispositivo sconosciuto anche senza inserirci nulla

Cosa mi consigliare di fare? secondo voi è un problema software risolvibile magari formattando?
