tom1 Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 Qualche settimana fa, avevamo riportato la notizia che tra il die del processore Core i7-3770K e l'IHS, Intel ha introdotto una pasta termica non del tutto identificata, al posto della saldatura fluxless. ombra75 Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 bè..alla fine basterebbe semplicemente cambiare la pasta termica con uno dei prodotti visti e rimetterci l ihs..cosa che però invalida la garanzia..(anche se alla fine l ihs è attaccato con del silicone che basta riapplicare..fatta la legge trovato la scappatoia come si dice dalle nostre parti:asd:) mi chiedo se non sia stato questo il pensiero alla base della scelta di INTEL..limitare l overclock e guasto delle cpu per evitare l RMA che visto la percentuale possibile viste con i SB sicuramente tanti ne avranno fatto ricorso..anche se non mi sembra un ragionamento che fila visto che anche se con minore frequenza raggiungilbile,le temp viste sugli IB porterebbero ad una fine identica..:cheazz: che dire..questo pazzo pazzo mondo dell hardware..
