Salve a tutti, ho portato il computer da un tecnico per un guasto alla mobo e quando l'ho ritirato ho scoperto una brutta notizia.... la scheda video della nuova mobo a quanto pare è gia incorporata (non ho capito molto bene...) perchè lo slot PCI è vuoto.... con CPU-Z ho visto i dati dei componenti che sono i seguenti:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 660

Mobo: Asus P5GD2-VM

RAM: DDR2 1gb Single

Scheda video: Intel® 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family

 

Dato che uso molto i giochi che richiedono un GPU Shader 3.0 dovrei comprare una buona scheda video che non costi molto.... cosa mi consigliate????

La video è integrata nel chipset e non la trovi sotto forma di scheda.

 

Il PC è vecchiotto e non è proprio l'ideale per giocare. Al massimo ci metterei una HD 4550 -> click

È possibile (non certo, perché sulla carta non ci sono problemi) che schede AMD della serie HD 5000 / HD 6000 risultino incompatibili. Se il tuo rivenditore ti permette il cambio senza problemi in caso di malfunzionamento, puoi guardare anche la HD 5450 o HD 6450.
