In genere conta molto di più il clock della gpu....(ad esempio sulla mia gtx 570 non conta una fava sul 3d mark 11)...mentre sula vecchia 5850 contava un po di più ma sempre meno del clock core....

Comunque meglio quella dissipata anche sulle memorie...poi le frequenze te le regoli tu come meglio credi con i bios...

Dipende da quanto costano....se sono più o meno uguali andrei sulla gygabite che dovrebbe essere più silenziosa...anche se sono tutte e due ottime come dissipazione...

Nel crossfire poi non bisogna trascurare eventuali problemi di scalabilità, rumore e calore generato maggiore rispetto alla singola scheda.
