Se poi vuoi fare un Oc un po più serio allora lascia stare le utility e munisciti di un dissipatore un po più prestante

una tabella per cosa? l'overclock varia di processore in processore quindi non c'è nessuna tabella da seguire, al massimo c'è una procedura ma poi sta all'utente trovare le impostazioni adeguate per la propria CPU.. cmq per il gaming non vale la pena overcloccare a 5ghz, rischi solo di danneggiare la CPU.

ci mancherebbe, da 3,8GHZ (della Turbo mode) a 4GHz sono solo 200MHz, da 3,8GHz a 5GHz sono 1,2GHz di differenza quindi sicuramente dovresti overvoltare.. e farlo via software non è la stessa cosa che farlo via Bios.

ps: lascia stare le utility ed usa il bios come dice anche keroro
