io cercherei di portare la cpu intorno ai 4GHz.

A quella frequenza e con le due 580 starai benone ancora per un annetto ;)

nel tuo caso non ti consiglio di cambiare

l'upgrade generale non sò quanto valga il miglioramento

considerando anche che è uscito l'aggiornamento per la tua piattaforma (gli FX intendo) e che cmq già l'anno prox ci sarà il miglioramento di sandy con ivy...

fai overclock? se si a che livelli, che dissi usi?

Asrock Extreme 7 Gen 3 come la mia che supporteà Ivy Bridge e il Pci express 3.0 per le future vga,solo che il canale 3.0 è uno solo e in caso di upgrade futuro per il reparto vga dovresti tornare ad una sola vga
