<![CDATA[peer/seed di me stesso?!]]>Ciao forum,

mi è capitata una cosa che non mi spiego usando bittorrent e vorrei che qualcuno mi illuminasse !.

Dunque, mentre stò scaricando un file con il p2p, usando bittorrent 7.2.1, dò un occhiata ai peer connessi, e vedo che il mio pc risulta come seed??!!! Esattamente compare tra i peer/seed con l'host "GXXXXXX-PC:10440(Utp)", dove GXXXXXX-PC è il nome della mia macchina.

Quindi stò scaricando da me stesso un file che ho completato per il 25% e invece risulto possedere al 100% (infatti sono seed di me stesso!). Inoltre risulta che ho ricevuto da me stesso la bellezza di 23 mb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Urge spiegazione, please!

non sono un hacker, ma mi sembra invece che utilizzare un protocollo di condivisione (analizzando il traffico tramite scheda eventi che ho prontamente registrato e salvato e monitorando gli ip e gli host) possa offrire un occasione in più di scoprire un eventuale traffico non autorizzato che diversamente difficilmente noterei se il malintenzionato fosse mediamente/scarsamente in gamba.... non credi?

scusa se insisto, ma cosa intendi? una cosa è il loop di dati fra me e me e un'altra è la completa perdita di anonimato quando una rete pubblica diviene accessibile come una lan privata completamente condivisa e che permette l'individuazione dei dispositivi collegati.. fà pensare a una virtualizzazione della mia macchina in desk remoto...

il torrent l'ho già cancellato, ma mi chiedo come possa essere successo. Il fatto che il mio nome utente-pc compaia come peer associato al mio ip come in una lan privata e per giunta peer di me stesso mi allarma un po'..

Ho fatto tutte le verifiche possibili sulla sicurezza(processi attivi,malware, ecc..) e sembra tutto a posto...:cheazz:

io ho completato solo il 25% del file mentre risulto seed (100%), dovrei risultare peer o no?

Inoltre dei tanti file in download:

  1. questo è l'unico che mi vede presente nei peer/seed;
  2. addirittura con il mio nome utente/macchina e non con l'ip.

Quindi:

  1. perchè risulto solo in questo file fra i peer e in tutti gli altri no?
  2. perchè viene mostrato il mio nome utente/macchina?

Ps.: sono collegato con penna usb (mobile broadband) e ho impostato l'utilizzo come rete pubblica senza ipv6.
