<![CDATA[avvio sempre lento...]]>salve, se formatto il pc si avvia in un attimo, ma iniziando a mettere programmi specialmente con un anti-virus dopo circa 1 settimana, il pc si avvia lentamente.

Purtrppo la tua scheda madre se ha solo il controller SATA I é inutile cambiare disco 😞 Già con un Sata II solo in lettura spendendo sulle 30/40€ per un disco da 750GB ad esmepio avresti 100/120mb/s in lettura :)
