Il noctua sicuramente è molto performante ma dipende anche dal case che hai a disposizione, infatti l'NH-C14 anche in configurazione low profile vuole almeno 10 cm in altezza. Se invece cerchi un dissipatore piu' basso allora mi sembrano niente male il thermalright AXP-140 prima di tutti, poi il CM geminii S e il prolimatech Samuel 17. Anzi forse c'entra anche in configurazione con 2 ventole...anche se non penso sia necessario. Per un HTPC io opterei piuttosto per il silenzio.
