Tramite il pannello "Password" del pannello di controllo Sound Blaster è possibile sbloccare due nuove funzioni:

IDSPISPOPD = Sblocca un nuovo tema

UUDDLRLRBA = Sblocca funzionalità avanzate relative al VoiceFX

*Da notare che i due codici sono gli stessi di alcuni giochi, il primo infatti serviva ad attivare la funzione no-clip di Doom.

Creative ha da poco lanciato sul mercato 2 cuffie appartenenti alla famiglia Sound Blaster, molto famosa soprattutto ai giocatori per i suoi prodotti relativi all'audio.

I modelli in questione sono della serie Tactic 3D e sono:

Creative has recently launched 2 Headphones belonging to the Sound Blaster's family,a very famous brand for audio products especially for gamers.

The models in question are from the Tactic Series:

>ALPHA E SIGMA

La Alpha, sorella minore della Sigma è una cuffia chiusa, i padiglioni ricoprono tutto l'orecchio per permettere una resa sonora migliore ed un quasi totale isolamento dai rumori esterni.

La tecnologia THX TruStudio Pro Surround offre un'esperienza concettualmente simile al 3D Surround come le cuffie 5.1 o 7.1 ma non fisicamente, il surround quindi è emulato ma abbastanza preciso.

> SIGMA AND ALPHA

The Alpha, younger sister of Sigma is a closed headphone, the pavilions cover the entire ear to allow for improved sound and an almost total isolation from outside noise.

TruStudio Pro THX Surround technology offers an effect conceptually similar to 3D Surround headphones as 5.1 or 7.1 but not physically, then the surround is emulated but quite accurate.

>SUONO

Il suono è molto pulito, anche ai livelli più alti, e non presenta distorsioni, la qualità Creative si fa sentire e rende queste cuffie un buon acquisto sia per i giocatori che per gli amanti della musica e dei film ad un prezzo tuttavia contenuto per questo settore (dai 50€ ai 60€).

The sound is very clean, even at the highest levels, and has no distortion, the quality is felt and Creative makes this headset a good buy for both players and lovers of music and movies at a price, however, content for this sector (from 50 € to 60 €).

>COMODITA'

Altra nota a favore è il peso, le Tactic 3D Alpha infatti sono leggerissime e non provocano fastidi, inoltre i pad spugnosi le rendono molto comode anche se, probabilmente, nelle stagioni calde potrebbero dare qualche fastidio. Punto a sfavore invece per quanto riguarda l'ingombro, le cuffie infatti non sono pieghevoli il che potrebbe far storcere il naso soprattutto a chi le vuole utilizzare nei LanParty (OT mode on) anche se ormai i LanParty stanno cessando di esistere e forse in futuro li chiameremo WanParty (OT mode off)

> COMFORT '

Another positive note come from the weight, in fact Tactic 3D Alpha are extremely light and do not cause trouble, spongy pads also make them very comfortable even if, probably, in the warm seasons could make some trouble. Negative point instead of regarding the space, because the headphones are not foldable which could be fastidious especially to those who want to use it ta LANParty.

>IN REGISTRAZIONE

Il microfono è di qualità media e lo stelo è abbastanza corto ma snodabile. Molto comoda è la soluzione adottata per attaccare il microfono, infatti lo stelo si può rimuovere e reinserire in quanto è provvisto di jack da 3,5mm, questo denota anche che il microfono non si trova nella cuffia (come alcune cuffie di basso livello) ma ad un estremo dello stelo.

> IN REGISTRATION

The microphone quality is average and the stem is quite short but can be moved in every position. Very good is the solution to attack the microphone, because the stem can be removed and re-insert by a 3.5 mm jack, this also indicates that the microphone is not in the headphones (as some low-level headphones), but at one end of the stem.

>CAVO E CONTROLLER

Il cavo delle cuffie è abbastanza lungo, il che permette di attaccarle anche sul retro del case e non solo alle porte frontali, Inoltre è piatto ed elastico.

Lungo il cavo troviamo una clip per attaccare il cavo ai vestiti ed il controller che permette di regolare il volume e di spegnereaccendere il microfono. Al contrario di molte altre cuffie della stessa fascia, il controller risulta essere molto piccolo e leggero a favore della comodità.

> WIRE AND CONTROLLER

The headphone cord is quite long, which allows you to attack them on the back of the case and not just the front doors, is also flat and elastic. On the cable there is a clip to attach the cable to the clothes and the controller trought you can adjust the volume and Shut ONOFF the microphone. In contrast to many other headphones at the same price, the controller is very small and lightweight for comfort.

>CONNESSIONI

La connessione delle cuffie e del microfono al pc può avvenire tramite jack ma, usando un'adattatore in dotazione (THX TruStudio Pro USB adapter), si possono attaccare tramite una USB.

Al contrario di quanto pensavo il suono tramite USB risulta leggermente migliore di quando si attaccano i jack probabilmente perchè permette di usufruire dei driver e dei software Creative..

> Connections

You can choose to attach the headpones trought jack or with an USB adapter included (THX TruStudio Pro USB adapter).

Contrary to what I thought the sound was slightly better with USB probably because it allows to use the Creative drivers and software ..

>SOFTWARE?

..Proprio quei software e quei driver che non sono in dotazione con le cuffie e che bisogna scaricare dal sito di supporto creative, il che può risultare scomodo soprattutto a chi possiede una connessione lenta dato che si tratta di poco meno di 90Mb... Il software di gestione è comunque molto completo e permette di modificare diversi parametri. Molto carina l'opzione chiamata VOICEFX che serve a cambiare la propria voce al microfono in tempo reale.

> SOFTWARE?

Just .. those software and drivers that are not supplied with headphones and you have to download from the site of creative media, which can be inconvenient especially for those with a slow connection because the files are just under 90MB ... The management software is still very comprehensive and allows you to change various parameters. Very nice the option called VoiceFX that change your voice to the microphone in real time.

Forse a qualcuno interesserebbe sapere che, anche questo prodotto come altri Creative, è approvato da Fatal1ty, noto gamer che ha dato anche il nome ad alcuni prodotti della famiglia X-Fi... a me onestamente non interessa xD

Maybe someone would be interested to know that even as other Creative product, is approved by Fatal1ty, a knowed gamers who gave his name to some X-FI household products ... I honestly do not care xD

Sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.. Se anche voi siete in cerca di un paio di cuffie di buona qualità senza spendere un patrimonio vi consiglio di tenere in considerazione anche questo prodotto, La qualità Creative si sente e si vede.
