Allora, ho preso un amd athlon x2 260 3,2ghz...

Ho overclockato un po, esattamente ecco uno screen di cpu-z:

EDIT: Test da rifare dopo l'acquisto del nuovo alimentatore...

Mobo: Gigabyte 880GM UD2H

CPU: AMD am3 Athlon x2 260

Alimentatore: Corsair CX600

RAM: 2x2gb ddr3 1333

Per quello che l'hai pagato è un ottimo risultato, non lamentarti.

Non puoi paragonare un Athlon II X2 a un Phenom II X2, è una generazione avanti e di conseguenza sarà migliore sotto ogni aspetto, e ovviamente il prezzo da pagare è superiore.

Conta anche che un Phenom II X2 ha un wattaggio superiore e di conseguenza scalda di più anche con le frequenze stock. Il tuo ha un wattaggio bassissimo, si mantiene a temperature bassissime, ha un clock stabile di 3.8ghz. Cosa si può chiedere di meglio a un processore di fascia medio-bassa??

Il bus si può alzare anche a 255, ma a 4ghz è sempre instabile...

Arriva solamente a 3,8 stabilmente, poi basta...

Preso Dissipatore Arctic Cooling Freezer rev. 2 e nuovo alimentatore CORSAIR CX600 per stabilizzare il tutto... Ora i voltaggi sono perfetti.

Non riesco a capire perchè la cpu non riesce ad andare oltre i 3,8 stabilmente..

Le temperature in idle per ora sono: 17°C i cores e 27 il processore.. neanche tanto...

Mentre è in test stanno: 30°C i cores e 35 il processore...

Come mai??

Poi ho dovuto spegnere causa forze maggiori.

Le impostazioni durante il test erano:

cpu a 3,87ghz

vcore a 1,525

HT l'ho abbassato a 1,8..

NB a 2,5ghz -> voltaggio 1,3v..

Le ram le tengo sottocontrollo e per ora stanno a 1347mhz (originali 1333)

porta l'HT sotto i 2ghz perchè troppo alto dà molta instabilità. io lo tengo sui 1900 ;) potresti metterlo anche a 800 tanto influisce solo se hai due schede video!:n2mu:
