JD82
Questo è il testo dell'email ricevuta dalla Crucial: Your Returns Material Authorisation number is xxxxxxxx Please return your item in its original packaging to our address (shown below) writing the RMA number clearly on the package. When we receive it we will ship out a replacement. Please return by Post (insured shipping method- in the UK this is Royal Mail Special Delivery) to ensure contents and credit, as proof of posting is not acceptable. Please note, due to quality and tracking reasons removal/tampering with the warranty label or modification to Crucial Branded product will result in us not accepting your request to return the product. Therefore any product received in such condition will be returned to you. If you have purchased a kit, both parts must be returned. Please send to: Lexar Media RMA 40920411 12 Redwood Crescent Peel Park Campus East Kilbride G74 5PA United Kingdom This RMA is valid for 10 working days, and should be returned to us within this time. Failure to do so will delay the shipping of your replacement. If your address details have changed since your original order, please reply to this mail quoting your RMA number as reference, with your updated details. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us. To check on pricing or to place an order please follow the Crucial Product Search link on the top right of our web site home page (Memory upgrades, flash media, and usb storage at Crucial.com) or call us on 0800 013 0330. All prices listed are only valid for one working day.
