    Hi all

     

    Here you'll find a preview of the new "Cryptenergy SRL" solutions: mining rigs(*), custom power delivery (PSU and custm cables), other services

     

    *: chassis plus all the necessary components, excluding vga's, motherboards and hdd's

     

    We are finishing the design on a server-style rack compatible 4U chassis, up to 7x 2.0 slot vgas with the "server" version (The current versions are compatible with a 6*160W VGA rig, due the common ATX psu designs limitations).

     

    The first version will have a common ATX psu, the following ones instead will have a custom power delivery and cooling, up to 2400W platinum potential (6/7* 300W cards, with 6/7 powered usb risers).

     

    They won't be cheap, especially regarding the shipment, but they are custom units that would double the density of vga farms, with a totally different approach. The latest thermal tests have brought a 7990 to the knees: from 102°C and thermal shutdown to 82°C.

     

    Main benefits:

    - Double Density in opposition to the current open frame rigs (triple, if not more considering the internal density and the absence of spacing, you can invest A LOT LESS in the square metres of your location, reducin the renting/housing costs)

    - Heat buildup prevention, no heat spots and very powerful CFM, for the maximum dissipation***

    - No hassle during installation and mainteance, you can build a rig in 1/3 of the time

    - Custom upgrades later on, with a custom power pack at disposal later* and custom fan pack**

    - Compatibility with a single 16x PCIE card, so your server can be used as a common, silent, gaming desktop PC if needed, because of it's designed to have the best possible dissipation in a server-farm (high noise), but you will be able to purchase another dissipating unit less noisy, with 120 or 140mm fans

    - modular concept, you will be able to swap internal plates for compatibility and features, for example 5x 2.5slot / 6x 2.25 (like the inno3d ichill x4 gtx 1070) slot VGA plates

    - modular plates that cuts hugely the expedition costs, very high density in the shipment package. This means that they wil need to be assembled like an ikea product, but it will cost a lot less to receive them, especially with high number orders.

    - modular vga+riser component, that will be purchasable separately

    - modular anterior and posterior plates, to boost the mainteance phase

    - modular 4x 92x38mm fan cage, that could be swapped later on to insert a 3x 120mm config or 3x 140mm (eventually, low priority mod)

    - plate compatibility with arduino

    - up to 1 3.5" hdd and 2x 2.5" ssds in a proprietary cage, along a 7990 upon the moderboard with a 16x pcie interface

    - compatibility up to 7x 30cm vgas in the front (vgas plate) and 2x posterior (motherboard plate) - 1with the HDD cage installed

    - you can use this chassis as an ordinary pc/testing platform

    - the price will be much more competitive than the current offerings in the market, which are pretty ordinary. These solutions are totally brand new, specifically designed from scratch for massive mining purposes

     

    * 2400W platinum units that will power on also the motherboard (+/- 12V, +5, +3.3), not available in the first phase

    ** you want more compatibility with less noise? You can buy another kind of dissipating units

    *** later on, there could be a system that would harvest energy, given the very high CFM flows. It's too early to talk about it, but could be an update, compatible with these versions.

     

     

    Before replying, I would gladly appreciate that you respond to these questions:

    The Base of our operations is EU, there will be an e-commerce portal where you could even order an entire unit (chassis, power, dissipation and custom cables). Technically also the components, but for now, due third party limitations, it's better to handle what we produce directly. There will be the possibility to buy the units directly in ROME, Italy, or to have them shipped in EU.

     

    It's early to talk about prices, because we are still in the development phase, but we've got some working prototypes, and in the first half of december they will be mass produced. The initial batches, the REV 1.0, will have a common power delivery (1600/1700W platinum ATX PSU's).

     

    There will be the possibility to customize the colour of some details, for example with a Red/White pattern, Black/Red, Full Black, Red, White and so on (I need confirmation from third party about the colours at disposal). There's nothing like this on the market, we' re not talking about a common case, but a modular concept with future upgrades.

     

    Later on, there COULD be a "Private-4x16PCIE" version, up to 4x VGA with 16x risers on it but with a concept similar to the common Open Frame Mining Rig chassis, but obviously not with an open frame. We could also build a ''Private-Compact'' version, with a VGA lenght similar to the R9 NANO, or GTX 1070 Mini-ITX /SSF versions.

    Almost done the third revision

     

    One step closer. Anyway there's a lot of room for improvement, like:

     

    - custom fan units, 4x92, 3x120, 3x 140 (WIP)

    - custom and dedicated PSUs and cable management (WIP)

    - extractable plates (WIP), ETA 1 and an half weeks

    - 7x VGA plate (WIP), not so far from the final revision

    - 2x 2.5" SSD compatibility (WIP)

    - frontal VGA compatibility, upon the motherboard (WIP), ETA 1 and an half weeks

    - Power/reset/HDD LEDs (WIP), ETA 1 and an half weeks

    possiamo darci del tu. Scusa il ritardo ma ho letto solamente ora. In casi del genere puoi usare la funzione di notifica @nomeutente

     

    XMR non ti conviene, è sotto botnet. Conveniva molto ad inizio 2014, non a caso realizzai il project mercury con R9 290.

     

    Non ci sono problemi utilizzando modem wifi a contratto, mensilmente potrei consigliarti l'opzione di 3 con 1 gb al giorno e 10 euro al mese, solo dati.

    Sono discorsi molto tecnici e complessi.

    E il compressore come lo alimenti? E poi attenzione, un flusso di aria deve essere intercettato da un sistema di captazione eolica. Dove sarebbe? Mica puoi gettare l'aria compressa nell'alternatore sperando di ricavarne corrente. Giustamente altrove ti hanno detto che non é possibile.

     

    Perdonami ma hai detto che non hai competenze in materia, come pensi di poter prototipare qualcosa che nessuno fin d'ora ha messo in piedi, nemmeno concettualmente? Dal lí la domanda, ironica, di marzullo ;)

     

    Guarda, qui le multinazionali centrano poco quindi non scadiamo in discorsi oggettivamente inutili.

     

    Attualmente hai due alternative in fase di produzione, energia mediante impianti eolici e solari PV nel caso di privati, se gruppi di investimento anche idroelettrico. (Come tutto il resto dell'umanità)

    Se ho ben capito io, tu pensavi che quel generatore potesse produrre 5KWh. Confermi?

     

    Se fosse stato così, avremmo risolto i problemi legati ai costi di produzione di corrente elettrica, non avrebbero investito miliardi di dollari nei tokamak, non avrebbero realizzato centrali nucleari, l'industria del fotovoltaico e dell'eolico non avrebbe senso, gli aerei non avrebbero bisogno di composti a base di idrocarburi ciclici, prypiat sarebbe ancora una ridente (?) meraviglia dell'ex unione sovietica, fukushima una meravigliosa località balneare, e andrea rossi non avrebbe più un lavoro. Non avrebbero nemmeno senso le dighe, tra parentesi.

    Il consiglio che posso darti è di informarti molto meglio perché ripeto, hai le idee confuse. Il generatore a magneti permanenti è un sistema a valle del rotore, presente nei generatori eolici; è quest'ultimo invece che permette, mediante la rotazione assiale, la successiva conversione di energia meccanica in elettrica.

    Fondamentalmente serve per abbassare il grado di resistenza meccanica rotazionale, data la presenza di un campo magnetico che sostituisce componenti meccaniche tipo cuscinetti sfera (abbattendo anche il rumore). Il principio è il medesimo del bearing delle ventole.

    Per curiosità, non per niente ma la cosa si fa ancor più singolare :); di cosa stai parlando?

     

    Hai un link per comprendere meglio?

    Penso che tu abbia un pochino le idee confuse, perlomeno in materia di motori permanenti.

     

    Stai realizzando un progetto o vuoi semplicemente comprenderne la fattibilità?

     

    Hai fatto delle ricerche?

     

    Non per niente, ma la tua domanda è abbastanza singolare, anche perché mi sembra più adatta per una sezione di ingegneria meccanica di qualche forum di settore.

     

    D'accordo che cerchi un sistema di alimentazione mediante rinnovabili, ma hai una vaga idea di quanto possa essere complesso quello che hai in mente? Oltretutto, non è nemmeno fattibile, e se lo fosse, richiederebbe una infrastruttura tale per cui mi domando se possa esserci un reale beneficio.
