Più monitor

Ciao, parlando con un utente di un altro forum mi è sorto un dubbio.

 

Se io volessi ad esempio utilizzare 3 monitor, ma la mia gpu ha 3 porte:

 

Vga, DVI e HDMI.

 

Devo obbligatoriamente utilizzare quelle 3 o è possibile tramite qualche adattatore collegarli tutti e 3 tramite DVI o VGA?

 

In pratica (ovviamente ipotizzando) vorrei utilizzare quello al centro con la barra delle applicazioni e gli altri due come estensioni, magari su uno metto a convertire qualcosa, sull'altro mi guardo un film mentre l'altro ho aperto una mail o altro.

 

Serve ovviamente una vga che supporti tale risoluzione?

 

Tipo 3x monitor da 1280x1024 deve supportare 3840x(+ di 1024)?

Innanzitutto non puoi utilizzare adattatori per convertire la VGA in DVI (o HDMI), ma serve, appunto, un convertitore di segnale.

Dipende dalla scheda video; quelle vecchie potevano veicolare fino a 2 schermi, mentre le ultime (di un paio d'anni) fino a tre (o più in certi casi).

Sarebbe più facile se dicessi direttamente il modello della scheda video e i monitor che hai (o vuoi acquistare) ;)
